I believe that a meal is always about so much more than a plate of food. It is about honoring food producers, perfecting technique, finding harmony between ingredients. Most importantly, it is about sharing it with those you love.

Growing up in an Italian-American household, watching my grandfather cook and bring people together over a meal, my love of food began early. I attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island and continue to further my knowledge of food and technique.

The goal of Mangio, Mangiamo is to connect with other people, brands and businesses that share the same love. Collaboration is welcomed -- through content creation, influencing and restaurant photography. My goal is to share my knowledge and love of food with others, through the beauty of photography and storytelling.
